How is this project different than other attempts to address the rink issues?

This project is intended to upgrade mechanical, ice making and rink systems and add contemporary space requirements to player and public use areas.

Will the renovation mean the rink will have to close to complete the project?

No. Phase 2 will take place between March and September, 2026.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes, your gift is fully tax deductible as provided by law. Hanover Improvement Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Will the facility be able to be used outside of skating season?

In the years to come, we will explore additional uses, allowed by zoning and land use regulations, that may be possible with the new concrete floor.

Why should I donate if I don’t skate or use the arena?

Campion Rink is and has been a wonderful community asset for many years. It serves people of all ages - many of your friends and neighbors - and it is a terrific venue for all to enjoy.
